Use of dbHMS MET data for the last 80 years to study the annual temperatures, sun path and wind path, wind speed and directions, rainfall etc.

Use low flow fittings to reduce water usage, install state of the art water recycling plants for recycling and reusing the water. Make pits for rain water harvesting.

We will conserve and manage water effectively at Songbirds by recycling used water and diverting it for flushing and gardening and thereby saving 40% water.
